Capdeal got associated with Assotech Limited in 2015 for the resale prospect of its project, Cosmopolis. It must be a record in secondary sales in any project.

In 2009, Assotech introduced its first project, Cosmopolis, in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It was the first lifestyle township in the state that promised to offer major amenities inside a gated community. In 2014, the properties were handed over to the customers. Many investors opted to sell their property as the appreciation was high.

We made an immense contribution towards bridging the gap between the investors and customers. In a very tough market, our team created a strategy that became a win-win for both parties. We sold 200+ units and achieved more than 150 Crore turnover.
