Job Title: Content Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar HO

- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimised content across various channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email.
- Manage and update the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design & management) to create cohesive and brand-aligned content.
- Analyse content performance metrics, generate reports, and optimise strategies based on insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to content development.
- Manage external content contributors, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in tone and style.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in content creation, management, or a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization tools.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing content across them.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
