Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement necessary improvements.
Performance Management:
  • Maintain the performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues.
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Maintain & update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment and communication.
  • Manage PF & ESIC.
